Luke 19:10 says "For the Son of Man came to seek and save those who are lost.” . That statement is as valid today as it was when Jesus uttered those words, in fact: Jesus is as alive today as He was when He walked those shores of Galilee.
And if this is true, it means He is still healing as He did then, He is still opening blind eyes as He did in Jericho.
And that is the mandate God has given us, to not only tell the world that Jesus Is Alive but to demonstrate His aliveness in the NOW.
